"It’s time to rise, own who you truly are, and create the life you were born to live."

Hi, I'm Vicky Guidi
Founder of They Said She Couldn't, So She Did!
This is my Story
I hold several degrees, a BS in Health Service Administration and MBA. In my career, I've held several leadership roles in large healthcare institutions prior to creating my own company in 2012. I strive to develop and empower women leaders; I strongly believe that integrity, accountability, empathy, and inclusivity are the foundation of a leader.
People have underestimated me from the beginning; I have physical disability, I am a girl and I am multi-ethnic. Throughout my life I have been told that I could not do, whatever it is that I wanted to do. So, I had to figure it out my way and on my own terms. And guess what, I did what I was told I could not do. As a result of my learning journey, I want to share with others what I have learned and keep learning from the rest of you.Â
As part of my transformation, I created and launched, “They said she couldn’t, so she did!” podcast, to help women find their voice to be empowered to live their life freely. And now this mentoring and coaching platform —so that every woman who’s been told she couldn’t can now unlock her full potential and start living life on her own terms.Â
